Return & Refund Policy for Kick Swap

At Kick Swap, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every sneaker swap. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to make the process easy for you.

Returns

You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your sneakers. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and include all original packaging. Please contact us at info@kickswap.ca to request a return authorization before sending the sneakers back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned sneakers, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your sneakers for a different pair, please follow the return process and place a new order for your desired items.
